Key Responsibilities
* HNW Caseload Management: Managing bespoke wills, complex estate planning, and tax-efficient structures for high-net-worth individuals and families.
* Specialist Probate & Trusts: Overseeing multi-jurisdictional estate administration, contested probates, and the creation/management of discretionary and life interest trusts.
* Tax & Advisory: Providing technical advice on IHT, CGT, and income tax, alongside Court of Protection work and Deputyship applications.

Candidate Profile
* Technical Expertise: Strong grounding in private client law; STEP qualification (or current pursuit of it) is highly desirable.
