What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering pre-planned lessons with confidence and enthusiasm.
* Employing strong classroom and behaviour management techniques.
* Adapting quickly to new school environments, routines, and age groups (Foundation Phase to Key Stage 2 and Secondary).
* Fostering a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
* Providing valuable feedback on the day's activities to the school's leadership.
Who We're Looking For
* A fully qualified Primary or Secondary Teacher (QTS) or NQT with a genuine passion for working with children.
* A professional with excellent classroom management skills and the ability to command respect.
* An adaptable and resilient individual who can thrive in a variety of school settings.
* A strong communicator who can build rapport with staff and pupils quickly.
