As a Brand Manageryou will spend the majority of your time creating and executing marketing activity - producing campaigns, content, materials and events in a timely manner. You will report directly in to Board-level directors.
Main duties
1. Write, build and deliver the Group’s brand strategy across the Hyde Group, including all manufacturing business units.
2. Personally plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, sponsorship and advertising.
3. Write and produce content, including website pages, newsletters, social posts, press releases, presentations and sales materials.
4. Directly manage and update websites, publishing content, improving structure, and keeping pages accurate and relevant.
5. Create sales materials, working closely with sales teams to support live opportunities and customer conversations.
6. Plan, organise and deliver events end-to-end, handling logistics, managing external suppliers, budgets, setup and delivery, ensuring quality, value for money and brand consistency.
7. Write and issue press releases, proactively securing coverage and managing media relationships through direct contact and follow-up.
8. Review, fix and improve brand application across the business.
9. Track customer feedback, adjusting messaging, content and campaigns quickly based on what is working and what isn’t.
10. Management of company information on customer and industry body portals.
Essential skills
11. Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role where you were personally responsible for delivery, not just coordination.
12. Strong practical experience in content creation, digital marketing and campaign execution.
13. Excellent copywriting skills, with confidence writing for different audiences, channels and buying stages.
14. Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple deliverables and finishing work to a high standard.
15. Experience delivering events, producing sales materials and working directly with suppliers.
16. Practical, working knowledge of CMS platforms ( WordPress), Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
17. Someone who enjoys being close to the detail and takes pride in seeing work go live.
