Technical Services Manager — Location: Luton (ideal). Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
About The Role
WPS is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional to lead and manage technical service delivery across our property services portfolio, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Oversee technical service operations, ensuring adherence to statutory and contractual requirements.
* Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites.
* Lead and develop a team of engineers and technical staff to deliver high standards of service.
* Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in building services and compliance.
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
About You
* Proven experience in a technical management role within property services or building maintenance.
* Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and building regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
