About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide an excellent experience for our new hires, ensuring a quick turnaround from job offer to start date.
About You
You should be organized, able to meet service times, thrive on autonomy, and follow recipes accurately. You should be passionate about food, value good quality home cooking for our Residents, and communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns as needed.
