Job Description
As the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for:
3. Oversee the purchase ledger process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
4. Manage and reconcile supplier accounts to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
5. Handle payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies in a professional manner.
7. Supervise and support the purchase ledger team to achieve departmental objectives.
8. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements as needed.
9. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
