Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced IT manager with at least 3 years of IT management experience preferred. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of management experience preferred. We require a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and support services. We need someone with experience managing IT suppliers and supplier contracts. We are looking for someone who can lead IT strategy and deliver improvements across multiple sites and remote teams. We need a candidate who can work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and functional directors. We prefer a full-time professional who is comfortable with hybrid working and occasional out-of-hours support. We prefer a candidate with a full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required. Responsibilities: We lead the development and execution of our IT strategy across multiple operational sites, head office functions, and remote workers. We oversee our IT infrastructure, hardware, software, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and support services. We provide technical support, onboarding, and training for direct reports and the wider business. We manage IT suppliers and supplier contracts, including telephony, data, software, and hardware. We maintain our core business operating system to support business processes. We partner with functional directors to identify IT solutions that improve productivity and process efficiency. We monitor, measure, and report on system performance and IT requests. We project manage IT business improvement plans. We lead IT business plans through approval and execution at our monthly IT governance review. We propose, sign off, and deliver against our annual IT budget. We support the development of our IT support team, including guidance and day-to-day support as needed. We investigate, implement, and adhere to security policies and procedures. We protect our business from internal and external threats. We travel between our company sites approximately 1–2 days per month as required.
