SMSTS Site Manager - Barnstaple
Rate: £25.00 per hour. Small scale commercial building and maintenance project in Barnstaple.
Responsibilities
* Manage commercial projects such as schools and hospitals.
* Ensure sub‑contractor work meets standard.
* Organise and manage on‑site schedules.
* Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations and general site‑management duties.
Qualifications
* SMSTS qualification.
* First aid certification.
* Full PPE compliance.
* Forklift operation advantageous.
