Working Pattern: Secondment (15 months) | Full Time | Flexible First options available The role As a Senior PMO Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of several strategic programmes of work, including the Transmission Acceleration Action Plan (TAAP). In this 15-month secondment opportunity, you’ll be responsible for ensuring governance, consistency and strategic coordination across a busy portfolio. If you’re highly organised, a strong communicator and thrive on driving continuous improvement, this could be the opportunity for you. You will Create, maintain and report on the progress of actions, risks and deliverables across multiple programmes of work, including continuous improvement activities and action plans that support the delivery of our strategy. Lead stakeholder coordination efforts to streamline programme status reporting and ensure alignment, while providing strategic input and collaborating cross-functionally with the C&S Projects Team to drive the successful delivery of emerging organisational priorities. Establish and maintain high levels of project management standards and processes by developing and updating templates and guidelines to ensure governance and deliver projects to the highest possible standard. Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly programme reports, ensuring consistent and accurate information is shared with relevant internal and external stakeholders on time. Support projects by keeping plans and documentation complete and up to date, providing regular status updates, helping secure the necessary resources and skills, and contributing to the delivery of business systems that meet identified business requirements. You have A clear understanding of key PMO responsibilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects or programmes simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence, negotiate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong prioritisation skills and the resilience to meet tight deadlines while adapting to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel, SharePoint and Project, with solid overall computer literacy.
