Recruitment Consultant – Events Sector
Birmingham (Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days from home) | Up to £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

We're now looking for a talented and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our supportive, close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be operating as a true 360 recruiter across a portfolio of permanent roles, working closely with both clients and candidates to make great things happen. Day to day, you can expect to be:
1. Proactively building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
2. Writing compelling, targeted job adverts that attract the right talent
3. Managing the full recruitment process — from search and interview to offer management
4. Driving business development and identifying new opportunities within the sector
What We're Looking For
You don't need a background in events recruitment specifically — what matters is that you know how to recruit. We're looking for someone who brings:
5. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a 360 billing role within an agency environment
6. A background in professional services recruitment (marketing or creative sector experience would be a real advantage)
7. A genuine drive to build relationships and deliver results
8. The confidence to develop new business alongside managing existing accounts
