Overview
Salary: £26,364 - £27,783 per year plus an additional £3,000-£6,000 per year for sleep-ins. Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week, rolling shift pattern (2 on / 4 off). Full UK Driving Licence is required.
We are looking for a children's support worker to become part of our loving family home, caring for younger children who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would provide encouragement and praise when needed, be patient and understanding during times of crisis, and inspire them to grow and develop. We aim to create a safe haven where every child\'s potential shines and you\'ll be a beacon of support for our young champions.
The role can be emotionally challenging and you may encounter difficult situations, but you could be the person who changes a child\'s life for the better.

What does the job involve?
* Be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children, led and supported by a registered manager.

What do you need?

* Experience in care or transferable skills (e.g., children\'s nursery, education, sports, or work with vulnerable people) is beneficial but not essential.
* Ability to remain calm during challenging situations.
* Flexibility to work in caring for the children, including shifts and sleep-ins.
