Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Regular Maintenance: Act as the first point of contact for all maintenance-related queries, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, flooring, etc. Escalate issues to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager or external suppliers as needed.
2. Software Management: Effectively manage the 'Maintenance App' for all requests, ensuring proper logging, follow-up, prioritization, and timely closure. Generate reports for analysis and sharing.
3. Repairs Coordination: Address maintenance issues promptly, coordinate with external service providers, and ensure high standards of repairs. Manage quotes, schedules, and purchase orders for maintenance expenditure.
4. Safety Compliance: Maintain health and safety regulations using the H&S record-keeping system. Track actions, address hazards, and coordinate contractor permits and RAMS reviews.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of activities, support project documentation, generate maintenance trend reports, and manage statutory service reports and emergency contact lists.
6. Collaboration: Work with Store Administration Managers to support facility needs, coordinate maintenance schedules, and communicate effectively about issues and solutions.
7. Store Visits: Support maintenance standards during regular store visits.
8. Sustainability: Assist in implementing sustainable practices across offices and stores.
9. Store Projects: Support the Real Estate team during renovations and store projects, including site visits, request consolidation, defect rectification, project documentation, and contractor onboarding.
Profile
* Minimum 2 years experience in Maintenance & Facilities.
* Understanding of luxury retail environment with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Fire Warden and First-aid certifications are desirable.
* Willingness to travel within the UK.
