This is a varied role, working with all ages, where you can a make a positive impact on the quality of life for our customers. Community Nurse Job Responsibilities Overseeing the clinical care delivery for our customers in the community who have complex healthcare needs; writing assessments, creating and updating care plans, risk assessments and protocols Providing staff training in clinical areas; undertaking supervisions and competency assessments Liaising closely as part of a multidisciplinary team, to achieve customer outcomes Responsible for the management of infection control, including reporting and staff training Having oversight of our Health and Wellbeing Checks service This is a salaried role for 16 hours per week, split over 2 days; however some degree of flexibility regarding working hours/days is essential in order to meet the needs of the service.
