The role is part of the team responsible for developing and implementing content strategy across Warner Bros. Discovery’s global streaming portfolio. You will evaluate content performance and trends, provide insights, and recommend actions that influence leadership decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
* Help develop frameworks and analyses for assessing key strategic questions, including evaluating how much and what type of content to invest in.
* Identify content performance indicators and trends, and assess title and portfolio level performance.
* Develop and implement benchmarking systems and processes to support analyses and recommendations.
* Collaborate with other teams—Data & Analytics, Finance, Research, and Business Intelligence—to build tools and processes that drive strategy initiatives.
* Support Content and other DTC teams in understanding current platform performance and connecting insights to business opportunities.
* Provide support for senior management, including strategy reviews, board presentations, and other leadership meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent analytical skills with financial modeling capabilities and a deep attention to detail.
* Superior ability to synthesize analysis outputs, identify the "so‑what," and develop early hypotheses.
* Experience building executive‑level materials with a keen eye for presentation design; ability to distil complex concepts into clear presentations.
* High intellectual curiosity, focus on results, and the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
* Passion for entertainment and continuous learning about industry trends and competitive activity.
* Collaborative and diplomatic, willing to defend data‑driven positions in ongoing content selection discussions.
* Motivated, disciplined, initiative‑driven, and able to work effectively autonomously.
* Energetic, positive, resilient, and capable of influencing and building relationships across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
* Fluent in English.
