What you'll be doing
1. Provide a welcoming environment in the Wellbeing House for people in emotional distress
2. Manage referrals, complete risk assessments, and welcome customers for their 7-day stays
3. Deliver 1-2-1 support and signpost to services that improve mental wellbeing
4. Coordinate activities based on the '5 ways to wellbeing'
5. Build networks with agencies to ensure the Wellbeing House is known in the community
6. Contribute to service development and improvement
Working pattern: 15 hours over 3 days (5 hours per day). One day must be Monday, with preferably every other weekend/Sunday. Hours are flexible and can be arranged around childcare/carer needs (e.g., 9:30 – 2:30).

We're looking for someone with empathy, strong boundaries and a passion for supporting mental wellbeing.
Essential:
13. Experience in support, social care or community environments
14. Experience with 1:1 support and needs assessments
15. Ability to engage people experiencing emotional distress
16. Understanding of mental wellbeing support needs
17. Good IT skills and record-keeping abilities
18. Strong professional boundaries in shared living environments
19. Networking skills with multi-agency partners
Desirable:
20. Experience supporting mental health in non-clinical settings
21. Knowledge of the '5 ways to wellbeing' model
22. Experience delivering wellbeing activities
23. Knowledge of local Bath community services
24. Experience gathering and using customer feedback
25. Willingness to contribute to all aspects of service development
