About You
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse‑led environment and developing complex decision‑making and collaborative skills. You will have at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, a valid NMC PIN, and a commitment to professional practice. You will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, support practice supervision and assessment of students, communicate effectively, role‑model professional behaviours and deliver person‑centred care. Safeguarding is every‑one’s responsibility and you will recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and report concerns appropriately.
