The Instructional Designer is responsible for development and implementation of training courses, programs, and other learning solutions aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company. As a key member of the Global Education team, they will analyze training needs and create training courses and other learning resources, both external for Mews clients and partners, as well as internal for purposes of training and upskilling of Mews employees. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Develops and designs courses and curricula. Utilizes multiple tools to create learning activities, assignments, and assessments that enhance learning retention and drive learner engagement. Works with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs and conducts a thorough research and analysis of existing educational resources. Maintains a database of learning courses/other learning content in line with content management standards of Mews. Maintains learning materials to ensure we keep these up to date and accurate. Data-driven - Uses data and utilizes analytics to measure the success and effectiveness of learning solutions, and ensures that improvements are made as needed. Project management - Co-creates and maintains project plans, trackers, schedules, etc. to allow measuring the progress of different elements of various projects. Keeps current on best practices in instructional design. Gains an excellent knowledge of Mews product. ️ You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you: Professional experience in the area of training/development, with a passion for learning and content creation. Solid understanding of training development processes and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE ). Exceptional ability to assess training needs. Creative mindset, critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts. Proven experience with authoring tools for creating training courses (e.g. Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate), videos (e.g. Camtasia), or other tools for interactive content creation. Working knowledge of at least one learning management system (LMS). Experience with learning experience platforms (LXP) would be a plus. Advanced project management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines. Great interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with stakeholders on all levels and maintain relationships.
