Our EIA team works on exciting projects in the UK and internationally, including offshore and onshore wind farms, solar, battery storage, airports, and data centres. We handle projects of various sizes, providing diverse opportunities.
Our Projects Include
* Offshore wind and transmission projects, including Mona Offshore Wind, Morgan, Morecambe, and Ossian.
* Airports like Gatwick and Manston.
* Large-scale solar projects at different DCO stages.
* DNS onshore wind projects in Wales.
* Onshore wind, battery storage, and feasibility studies in Scotland.

What You Will Be Doing
This role is ideal for a Principal EIA Consultant seeking career growth. You will work on a variety of projects, lead project teams, manage client relationships, and collaborate across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead project teams for major EIA projects.
* Conduct project meetings with teams and clients.
* Manage EIA teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Develop mitigation strategies with experts and clients.
* Manage consultation programs and stakeholder meetings.
* Review and approve ES deliverables.
* Handle project management and financial planning.
* Collaborate with digital teams on digital EIA initiatives.
* Line manage team members.
Who We Are Looking For
Applicants should have excellent writing, review skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Collaboration skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience leading EIA projects independently.
* Project management experience, especially with DCO, DNS, or major projects.
* Understanding of the Planning Act and EIA regulations.
* Proven high-quality reporting skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK.
* Experience with NSIPs/DCO/DNS projects (desirable).
* Technical expertise in ecology, hydrology, climate change, or air quality (desirable).
* Experience in feasibility studies for renewable energy projects (desirable).
A full UK driving license is required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s in a relevant environmental field; MSc preferred.
