As Contract Coordination Administrator, you will be part of a busy, friendly team, working alongside our Sales & Operations teams, to deliver exceptional quality and accuracy in the setup of the customer contracts and installations. This is a varied role which requires someone with excellent communication and administrative skills to support the Contract Co-ordinators with onboarding new customers, handling paperwork and timelines, in support of team and company objectives. Reporting into the Head of Contract-Co-ordination, you will have a strong work ethic and a service driven approach to support in providing ‘wow’ customer service. The Role – Contract Support Administrator Check and process sales and lease agreements accurately Coordinate purchase orders, site surveys, and installation paperwork Act as the link between sales teams and customers, providing updates and resolving queries Produce reports, manage equipment movements, and handle contract terminations/settlements Maintain accurate records in Eagle, monitor shared mailboxes, and escalate issues when needed Support compliance by ensuring documentation and forms are completed correctly Assist with pricing updates and liaise with leasing partners for settlements and upgrades Provide proactive customer service, answering calls and emails promptly Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process efficiencies and supporting team development What You Will Need in the Role of Contract Support Administrator Previous experience within an office based role. Knowledge of MS office, in particular Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel. Good understanding of Customer Service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Adaptable to last minute requests when required. Tenacious to get things done and responsive to meet deadlines. Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
