Conveyancing:Residential
To assist and manage a busy case load with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should have aMINIMUM OF 2 YEARSPREVIOUS EXPERIENCEworking in Residential Conveyancing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To include:
1. General admin tasks such as opening new client files, sending out client care letters, filing, photo copying and management of an appointment and training diary.
2. Communicating with clients, agents, brokers and third parties by telephone, email, and letter
3. Assisting the Fee Earner to maintain a good size case load from start to finish to including exchange, completion, registration and archiving.
4. Submitting searches, reviewing mortgage offers, reviewing the title documents and protocol documentation requiring redemption statements, highlighting to the Fee earner any areas of concern.
5. Dealing with enquiries received and researching where necessary to supply responses, liaising with third parties including management companies, councils, lenders etc
6. Dealing with all types of residential matters sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and shared ownership properties.
