Business Development Manager Location: Fully Remote (UK-Wide Travel) Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 Basic £6,000 Car Allowance, £80,000 - £100,000 OTE Year 1, Uncapped Commission! Contract : Full time, Permanent Benefits : £6,000 car allowance fuel card, Uncapped commission, Realistic £80k-£100k OTE in Year 1, Huge earning potential for high performers and Full remote flexibility with the support you need to excel! We're looking for a driven, consultative, and commercially sharp BDM who combines strategic thinking with relentless activity. This is pure new business, no legacy accounts, no warm handovers, no disguising account management as sales. Just you, your market, your pipeline and the chance to earn big. The Opportunity This is a fully remote role with occasional UK-wide travel to meet clients face-to-face. You'll own your territory and drive new business growth across the corporate market, targeting organisations with 20 employees and £5M turnover. You'll be selling a high-value, insight-driven, data-led solution directly to senior decision-makers so you'll need to be confident, consultative, and skilled at navigating complex buying processes. What You'll Be Doing Generating 5 new business meetings per week through proactive outbound activity Identifying, engaging, and influencing decision-makers across corporate sectors Running full sales cycles prospecting, discovery, proposal, close Delivering compelling, consultative sales presentations Developing and executing strategic account plans Maintaining a well-structured, high-conversion pipeline Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets (£150k in Year 1) What We're Looking For Proven track record in B2B new business, with self-generated wins True hunter mentality proactive, persistent, competitive Ability to balance high activity with strategic, insight-led selling Strong background in consultative or solution sales Confident presenting and influencing at senior stakeholder level Comfortable working remotely, autonomously, and with full ownership You'll thrive here if you are someone who: Picks up the phone when others hesitate Builds pipelines instead of waiting for leads Thinks strategically but never shies away from the hard yards Loves the chase, the challenge, and ultimately the close Why This Role This is a rare chance to join a business that's genuinely investing in new business growth where hunters are valued, supported, and rewarded properly.
