A leading Firm of Accountants, part of the Top 20 are looking for a SeniorAudit Manager to join their expanding team, paying a salary of £67,000 - £78,000 depending upon experience and level.
The Firm specialises in Owner Managed Business, Corporate clients and SME's. This position has arisen purely down to growth and expansion of the audit department.

To be successful as an Senior Audit Manager you will......
* Be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of clients
* Experience of developing staff
Your responsibilities as an Senior Audit Manager will include......
* Management of budgets, fees targets, WIP
* Develop, retain and motivate junior members of staff and assist in the management of the team on a day-to-day basis
* Reporting to a partner you will handle the development the team, attraction of new talent, delivering / overview of technical work, client stakeholder management and ensure all the correct processes and procedures are followed.
