The Role
The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) for their Guildford office. The ideal candidate will have solid Property Litigation experience, with some exposure to Insolvency matters. You'll handle a varied caseload, including MNW/HNW clients, covering landlord-tenant disputes, boundary issues, and land rights. You'll be joining a Legal 500-ranked team, contributing to the firm's strong reputation.
Requirements
1. Experience managing your own Property Litigation caseload
2. 2+ years PQE with experience in this area
3. Strong technical knowledge and organizational skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships
