How You’ll Make an Impact Accuracy First: Ensure every artwork file meets technical and brand standards before release. Prioritise precision in layouts, typography, and compliance. Version Control: Maintain structured and clearly labelled files, with rigorous attention to revisions, naming conventions, and archive systems. Process-Driven: Follow structured QA procedures and checklists at every stage of the artwork process—from briefing to delivery — to reduce errors and rework. Agile & Responsive: Adapt quickly to changes in project scope or timing while maintaining quality, especially across multiple packaging variants or localisation needs. What You Bring 2–5 years of experience as an Artworker, preferably in packaging Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong understanding of die cuts and 2D-to-3D packaging visualization Familiarity with print production and packaging materials Excellent attention to detail, layout precision, and time management Fluency in English; knowledge of AI tools and other languages is a plus Thrive Join a purpose-driven team in a collaborative, international setting.
