About Us
The first American Formula 1 team to compete since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made a memorable debut in 2016. Now, nine years later, we continue to grow and aim for future success with our team based in Kannapolis (US), Banbury (UK), and Maranello (Italy). Position Summary
Working within the cross-functional PLM Group in Banbury, UK, reporting to the Head of Business Process, this role involves mapping, managing, and publishing Haas F1 business processes to support key improvement projects and ongoing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments.
2. Update and map current business processes, identifying gaps.
3. Develop and refine processes aligned with company frameworks.
4. Manage process documentation, version control, and publication.
5. Create business cases for process improvements and measure outcomes.
6. Support continuous improvement strategies.
7. Follow all safety regulations.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent; further education (e.g., University Degree) is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization.
Skills and Knowledge

* Proficiency in process mapping with a LEAN approach.
* Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize.
* Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and analyze problems.

Tools and Systems
Experience with Microsoft Office, process mapping tools, PLM, and ERP systems (knowledge of 3D Experience and D365 is a plus).
Work Environment
Must handle high-pressure situations, international travel, and flexible hours. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity, and working around machinery and hazardous fluids, in compliance with safety policies.
