The Company – Marketing Manager We are working with an incredible social enterprise based in Essex to find a Marketing and Engagement Manager to join their growing and busy Marketing and Communications team. They help over 4 million people in the east of England every year by delivering a vast range of health and social services and are committed to proving high-quality, safe and responsive care in the communities they work in With a team of 14,000 people company-wide, this extensive and multi-faceted organisation works across a variety of community settings such as nursing homes, primary care homes, Community clinics, and hospitals and from within people’s homes to provide the care and support they need. The Role – Marketing Manager This newly created role will see you lead on the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies, campaigns, and activity plans. Working across the entire group portfolio, with a focus on commercial business functions and corporate priorities, you will drive growth and increased ROI across the group. This is a broad marketing role and will you work across the full mix. The ideal candidate will have a strong back in developing marketing strategies and hands-on campaign input for a variety of offline and digital channels. Key Responsibilities;
* Develop and deliver the marketing strategies for the group brand portfolio
* Implementation of detailed marketing activity plans
* Brand Marketing – development and management
* Establishing brand guidelines and marketing best practice
* Developing a social media marketing strategy
* Managing the creation and publication of content across a variety of platforms including website and social media
* Determine metrics to assess and report on campaign success
* Day-to-day management and continued development of 2 direct reports
This role offers great flexibility around working from home and remote working so is commutable from Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich and Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
