We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled tutor to deliver high-quality, engaging vocational courses across a range of sectors. Skills Bridge provides free, bespoke, accredited training tailored to employer needs, helping organisations foster a culture of continuous improvement, wellbeing, and excellence. As a tutor, you will: Plan and deliver a range of vocational and business-related subjects which are engaging, learner-centred training sessions tailored to employer needs Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and workplace environments Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and progress, ensuring all delivery meets awarding body standards and quality assurance requirements Embed English, maths, digital, and employability skills within training Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing in all learning contexts If you are passionate about teaching, industry engagement, and helping learners achieve their potential, we would love to hear from you.
