Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our team and lead the transformation of our payroll operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage payroll processes across 30+ countries, supporting a workforce of 5,500 employees. Your expertise will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery, while providing exceptional service to our employees worldwide.
As we transition from a localized payroll structure to a centralized, regionally managed model, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing this change. This is an exciting opportunity to influence global payroll strategy, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for the transition of our localized payroll footprint into a regional / global model. You will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our global payroll operations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline processes and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the transition from localized payroll to a centralized regional model.
• Lead and manage global payroll operations across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
•Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver accurate and timely payroll.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Provide guidance and support to regional payroll teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
Who are You?
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5+ year experience in global payroll management or a similar role, where you have gained demonstrable experience in payroll transitions and integrations, You will have strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and tax laws in multiple countries. Educated to degree level and with certified professional payroll qualifications, you will also have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
What competencies will you need?

* Knowledge and previous experience working with various payroll software, preferably including ADP Celergo (but not essential).
