Position Overview
Title: Part Time Crew Mate (Part Time Sales Associate)
Department: Retail
Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)
This role involves assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting our brand promise, "Every Day Should Feel This Good."
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate Sales: Meet sales goals, develop relationships with top customers, support in-store event sourcing and execution.
2. Customer Experience: Ensure the store reflects our brand vision, lead email capture efforts, educate new associates, and keep customer wish lists current.
3. Crew Development: Assist with training, foster a welcoming environment, support recruitment, and participate in team-building activities.
4. Operations: Maintain merchandise controls, uphold loss prevention, and keep the store environment clean.
5. Merchandising: Support merchandising standards, contribute feedback, and assist with product presentation.
