Set days off: Sunday night, Monday & Tuesday What's involved?
As Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with a talented Head Chef in a highly skilled kitchen. You'll bring previous fine dining or high-end gastro experience and be confident preparing, cooking, and presenting exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
You'll also support the development of junior members of the brigade and help maintain the highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and consistency.
Please note: due to limited public transport, your own transport would be beneficial for this role.
