About the Role:
We are seeking Salesforce Specialist to support a public sector organisation in reviewing and optimising its use of the Salesforce platform. This is ideal for a functional consultant, administrator or specialist looking to make high-impact contributions on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
The role will involve assessing current Salesforce usage, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and providing actionable recommendations to maximize platform value, user adoption, and process alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive review of how Salesforce is currently configured and utilized within the organization
Identify areas where platform usage can be optimized for efficiency, compliance, and impact
Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and user pain points
Provide strategic recommendations on improvements, configuration changes, or additional features/modules
Advise on best practices for public sector Salesforce usage, including data governance and user management
Prepare documentation and present findings to senior leadership
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in Salesforce administration, consulting, or architecture
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working with public sector or government clients is highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently and provide strategic-level guidance
