It’s an exciting time to join the Finance team here at AXA, with significant investment planned across all UK&I businesses to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers, while streamlining and automating business processes.
We’re seeking a positive and influential finance professional to manage the tracking and reporting of key finance transformation initiatives within the AXA UK Finance function, aligning with the AXA Group-wide transformation strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Finance ELT, UK project and finance teams, and Group leads to ensure accurate reporting of the Finance Strategy.

You will work at least 40% of your week away from home in the office, with a transition to the majority of your workweek from September 2025. 'Away from home' includes attending office locations, visiting clients, or industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
* Compile and submit regular initiative tracking and financial reports to AXA Group. Provide project status updates to Change Boards, Steering Committees, and other key stakeholders.
* Manage overall business case financials, maintain core Excel models, and serve as the primary contact for data queries and adjustments.
* Engage effectively with key stakeholders and sponsors to understand project goals and ensure tracking is complete and aligned.
* Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, on relevant aspects within your role.
* Represent Finance in AXA UK & AXA Group working parties, Steering Committees, and project meetings as needed.
* Assist the Finance implementation manager with ad hoc activities, including detailed analysis, coordination of transformation activities, and preparation for stakeholder meetings.

What you’ll bring:
* Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail to handle complex reporting processes involving multiple stakeholders.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in version control and governance to coordinate inputs from various stakeholders.
* Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
* Finance qualification and/or experience in a finance role, with a good understanding of finance processes and structures.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiating, to build effective networks.
* Knowledge of the wider insurance or financial markets is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to adapt your approach to different stakeholders, maintaining trust through openness and honesty, always prioritizing the customer.
* Eligibility and authorization to work in the United Kingdom are mandatory.
