As a Technician in the mouldshop, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will make a tangible impact on quality, cost, and delivery outcomes. 🔧 The Role As a Technician, you’ll: * Set up and optimise injection moulding tools and ancillary equipment in line with master settings * Plan and prepare upcoming production jobs to streamline changeovers * Conduct tool changes and handovers with Quality Technicians, Supervisors, and Operators * Troubleshoot process issues using structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis * Capture and share technical knowledge to standardise best practices across the team * Support new product introduction (NPI) trials and development activities * Maintain accurate production records and ensure processes remain in control * Contribute to continuous improvement in cost, quality, and performance 👤 About You We’re looking for someone who brings: * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in injection moulding, engineering, or manufacturing * Completed apprenticeship and advanced injection moulding/process technician training * Strong knowledge of injection m...
