3. Registered nurse (confirmed through the NMC)
4. Mentorship or equivalent training such as the SSSA
5. Evidence of Level 7 Learning
Desirable criteria
6. Post graduate qualification in education or any clinical specialism
7. •Professional Nurse Advocate/RCS supervisor training or working towards
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
8. Minimum 3 years recent experience in an acute area or speciality
9. Experience of managing staff and supporting students
10. Knowledge of NMC Standards of Proficiency for Registered Nurses and Midwives (May 2018)
Desirable criteria
11. Experience in clinical teaching/training
12. •Working knowledge of apprenticeship funding leading to professional qualifications.
