Female Support Worker Required!
Location: Whitehills
We are seeking an enthusiastic Support Worker to cover 16 hours over the weekend!
Zero hour contracts available, offering an hourly rate of £12.94.
Please note: Due to the service users' requirements, only female applicants are being considered for this role.

Mears is a leading provider in housing and social care, delivering high standards of care and housing services to over 20,000 people annually. We support older and disabled individuals to live independently in their own homes.
Role Criteria:
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in Macduff. Given the rural location, holding a UK driving license is preferred.
The successful candidates will focus on Person-Centred Care, prioritizing the needs and independence of the service users. You will support them in the community with activities such as attending clubs, appointments, and engaging in hobbies.
What to Expect:
* Day trips and outings
* Supporting hobbies and activities like fishing, arts and crafts, sports, gardening
* Participation in social trips to restaurants and pubs
* Shopping assistance
* Supporting personal care and daily routines
Our Support Workers find daily variety and a rewarding experience, as no two days are the same. We emphasize treating each individual with dignity and respect.

Note: All roles require the entitlement to work in the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
