USSG is currently recruiting Store Detectives to work within the Bristol and Cardiff area,
Your core store will be Cardiff, any travel that Is completed to visit other stores that has a 15 mile radius or more will be compensated at £0.45 pence per mile.
Due to the nature of this role own transport Is essential.
Duties.
* Implement loss prevention strategies to reduce theft and ensure security in various environments.
* Manage conflicts that may arise during interactions with the public
Requirements
* Proven experience working as plain clothed Store Detective Is essential.
* Strong understanding of ASCONE.
* Proficiency in surveillance methods, including the use of CCTV systems.
* Excellent report writing skills to document findings clearly and accurately.
* Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and security protocols.
* Effective conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally.
* Strong observational skills with attention to detail for gathering evidence.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.
