Glenelg Support provide high-quality support for individuals with autism, learning disability, physical disability and/or mental health needs in supportive living. We work closely with individuals and their families in the planning and development of support tailored for each individual. We are seeking to recruit talented people to the role of a Support Worker with the right values, skills and behaviours to work in our services across St Helens for full time and part time work. Drivers are highly desirable but is not essential for some of our services. Some of our services do require drivers. Due to the Mobility Car Insurance we can only accept drivers with a full UK/EU driving licence. To become a Support Worker you dont necessarily need experience as we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker and give you the skills and experiences to have a positive career with us but you do need to have a positive attitude as well as wanting to be part of a team. Arrange and attend all appointments in line with health and housing needs, administration of medication, access the community to participate in activities of their choosing. Some of our services require a strong candidate with experience in autism, complex needs and mental health knowledge.
