Qualifications
* A reliable role model with accountability and maturity
* A strong team player with great communication skills
* Energetic, positive and confident leading others
* Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
* Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
* Confident working in a small team of two on shift
* 18 years or over due to the element of night working
£14.75-£15.75 per hour. For hours worked between 11pm - 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if £13.75-£14.75 (location dependent).
