You will develop new ways of working to improve quality and foster a “one team” culture.

* Participate as an active member of the MDT in developing and delivering high‑quality, innovative services to the local population.
* Promote effective teamwork within Surrey Downs Health and Care, delegating activities appropriately for patient and service benefit.
* Collaborate closely with other sectors in the organisation, with potential rotation opportunities.
* Achieve job expectations through hands‑on clinical practice, education, training, and research.

You will be supported by the Clinical Lead and experienced Band 7 physiotherapists, with professional OT support from senior OTs in the organisation.
As part of your role you will be responsible for training and supervising Band 6 Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Physiotherapists, and you will develop the OT service within the team.
You will also commit to the ‘Fair Share’ model of student placement development.
