You will work within an Agile environment, from design through to implementation, with a strong focus on continuous improvement whilst working collaboratively as part of self-organising, cross-functional team with a focus on continuous integration and deployment. Role Responsibilities: Work closely with Solution Architects and Principal Engineers to build solutions that align to the IT strategy/vision Provide support and mentoring to other members of the team Take ownership of, and be accountable for, the delivery and quality of engineering and solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, adhere to best practices, and are delivered on time and within scope Seek to continuously improve, experimenting with technologies and methodologies to improve delivery, and guarantee the best solution and approach Communicate effectively on progress and ensure impediments are raised early to minimise impact on the delivery.
