Role Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking to recruit a Property Administrator on a permanent basis. After an initial 3‑month training period, the role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the property management team, ensuring client expectations and SLAs are met.
* Progress property sales and liaise with tenants, solicitors, and estate agents regarding valuations and viewings.
* Maintain statutory and contractual compliance and support a safe working environment; a basic DBS check is mandatory.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel).
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work towards SLAs/KPIs.
* Experience in property sales is desired.
