We’re TIP Group – a proud Great Place to Work – and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Knottingley and is a permanent, full-time position (45h/week).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing tanker reservations and ensuring accurate account and rate selection
* Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input
* Coordinating service events, mechanics, and mobile service units to keep customers moving
What You’ll Bring
* At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in logistics or fleet services
* A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
* A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
