Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative projects focusing on technology, design, and automation. You'll play a key role in managing and executing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that our creative and technical visions align with client expectations and relevant project budgets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with incredible start-ups and scale-ups while driving projects that merge artistic vision with technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and meeting/exceeding quality standards.
* Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and AI specialists, to deliver digital solutions.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Anticipate risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Innovation and Creativity: Foster an environment where new ideas thrive, encouraging the integration of development and digital design in creative and technically sound ways.
* Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management methodologies, ensuring that efficiency, innovation, and collaboration are at the core of all projects.
* Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, translating it into actionable project plans, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the fields of technology-driven projects. Experience managing remote teams is essential.
* Skills:
o Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
o Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
o Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
