Location: Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid – 3 office / 2 WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 + 10% Flat Commission (No Threshold)

Our client is seeking a permanent recruitment specialist to drive growth in the booming Kent manufacturing and engineering market. What You'll Be Doing
* Building and developing a 360° permanent engineering recruitment desk
* Placing skilled technical professionals across the Kent region and beyond
* Developing new business in the manufacturing/engineering sectors
* Leveraging your network and market knowledge to create opportunities
* Working closely with a collaborative, experienced team – with future access to resourcing support

* £35k–£45k base salary, dependent on experience
* 10% commission from your first £1 – no threshold

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in engineering or technical recruitment essential
* Backgrounds in temp, perm, or dual desk considered
* A book of business or transferable clients is a strong advantage
* Stable employment history – we value consistency and professionalism
* Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Based within commuting distance of Maidstone (or willing to travel)
