We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Sales Advisor to join Stannah, based at Andover.
This job will involve being the first point of contact for customers enquiring about Stannah stairlifts or homelifts, supporting them with empathy, professionalism and clear information.
As the New Business Sales Advisor, you will work Monday to Friday 8am–8pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–5pm, with training in the office, with hybrid working opportunities. This job is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

To be successful as the New Business Sales Advisor, it is essential that you have strong communication skills and a caring, helpful approach to customer conversations. Experience in customer service, sales support or handling sensitive enquiries would be desirable.
New Business Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and web forms
* Conducting detailed fact-finding to understand customer needs
* Advising whether Stannah can help and booking appointments for Sales Consultants
* Capturing accurate information within internal systems
* Liaising with Sales Consultants and managing their appointment diaries efficiently
* Sending brochures and following up on customer enquiries to convert to appointments
* Maintaining ongoing contact with enquiring customers to maximise conversions
