About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join the in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong legal background who is looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The successful candidate will support in a broad range of legal and administrative matters and will be involved in document preparation, legal research, compliance processes, and liaison with internal teams and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports
Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR) and legal confidentiality requirements
Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as needed
Take on new responsibilities and challenges as they ariseAbout You:
Law degree or previous experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
