Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team. The Role – Lettings Negotiator This is a busy, target-driven, client-facing role suited to someone confident managing the lettings process end-to-end and thriving in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, delivering outstanding customer service, and upholding the company’s market-leading reputation. Key responsibilities include: Marketing properties and managing a high volume of tenant enquiries Registering applicants and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants to achieve best outcomes Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to successful move-in Generating and attending valuation appointments Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations Providing a consistently high standard of customer service Acting as a professional brand ambassador for the business Supporting company events and wider business initiatives Key Requirements – Essential ⚠️ Applications without relevant lettings or estate agency experience will not be considered.
