Job Title: Warehouse Super Admin
Location: Coleshill
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Full-time)
Overtime: Regular overtime available, paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours
This is a 12-week temp-to-permanent role.
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Super Admin to join a brand-new, fast-growing e-commerce operation based in Coleshill. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business supporting a major global social commerce platform, operating at pace with high order volumes and dynamic customer demand.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of warehouse administration and systems, supporting end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory control, order processing, and dispatch accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain warehouse administration processes to support daily operations
2. Operate and optimise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to a high standard
3. Oversee inventory tracking, ensuring stock accuracy across all systems
4. Support inbound processes, including receiving, booking in, and put-away
5. Coordinate outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping with admin support.
6. Monitor and maintain stock control procedures, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues
7. Ensure high standards of quality control, investigating and reporting any faults or damages
8. Produce and analyse reports relating to stock levels, order volumes, and operational performance
9. Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfilment
10. Support continuous improvement of warehouse systems and processes
11. Assist with training team members on systems and best practices where required
Key Skills & Experience
12. Proven high-level administrative experience within a logistics or e-commerce environment
13. Strong understanding of:
14. Stock control processes
15. Inventory management
16. Quality assurance within a warehouse setting
17. Advanced working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
18. Experience using systems to manage:
19. Inventory tracking
20. Goods-in and put-away processes
21. Order picking, packing, and dispatch
22. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
23. Strong IT skills
24. High-level understanding of Microsoft Excel
25. Ability to work proactively and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
26. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
27. Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
28. A positive, “can-do” attitude with a hands-on approach
Desirable Experience
29. Experience in high-volume e-commerce or fulfilment operations
30. Familiarity with KPI tracking and performance reporting
31. Been part of a new on-site setup and implementation
32. Experience supporting system improvements or implementations
33. Knowledge of health & safety practices within a warehouse environment
