Company Secretarial Assistant - 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Introduction
My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team.
Reporting to the Group Company Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Boards and Trustees, as well as wider secretarial duties across the department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services experience to contribute to a respected and mission-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, paper collation, PDF/Diligent pack preparation, and minute-taking.
* Support the Assistant Company Secretary in meeting logistics and administration.
* Provide day-to-day company secretarial administration, including statutory filings, maintenance of registers, and coordination of FCA submissions.
* Respond to KYC, due diligence, and auditor requests, and maintain internal databases and filing systems.
* Support internal governance committees and cover for colleagues as needed.
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in financial services is ideal
* Available to start at short notice.
* Strong experience in meeting support and entity management.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* CGI (ICSA) qualification is highly regarded but not mandatory.
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office; 2 from home.
