THE ROLE
The Carwow Sell My Car team seeks a motivated leader to manage a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have proven team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of customer service and account management. The Sales Team Lead will oversee team performance, ensure targets and KPIs are met, and identify improvement opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with priority dealers to meet their needs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve targets and KPIs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with priority dealers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
* Identify areas for performance improvement and implement strategies to address them.
* Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer service and account management.
* Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
* Analyze and evaluate performance of priority accounts to optimize results.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure resources and support are aligned with team goals.
* Stay informed about industry trends and share best practices with the team for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Experience managing teams, ideally in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential).
* Strong understanding of customer service and account management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
